This Privacy Policy describes how Cvelanoryvex S.A. ("Cvelanoryvex", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal information of people who visit cvelanoryvex.com or subscribe to our newsletter. By using the site you accept the practices described in this document.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter: name and email address. In addition, we collect anonymous technical data such as IP address, device type, operating system, browser and pages visited, provided you have granted your consent through the cookie banner.

3. Purposes of processing

We use your data to send you information about available real estate crowdlending projects, sector updates and communications related to our participation model. Anonymous technical data is used to measure the operation of the site and improve the experience.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of your express consent, granted when completing the subscription form and accepting the cookie banner, in compliance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.

5. Data retention

We keep your contact details as long as your subscription remains active or until you request its cancellation. Technical records are retained for a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months.

6. Recipients

We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information with technology providers acting as processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.

7. International transfers

Some of our technology providers operate from jurisdictions outside the Argentine Republic. In such cases, we adopt the safeguards required by Argentine personal data protection regulations.

We may update this Policy to reflect legal, operational or technical changes. We will publish the current version at this same URL indicating the date of the last update.
